I facilitate a space where we can join forces and get your ideas to flourish, air out your doubts and frustrations, to hopefully uncover the next right steps and strageties for your business. Having designed anything from products, and systems to business models, I know the negotiations and frustrations that come with developing even the ‘little things’, are a part of reaching a higher standard.
Design process
EXPLORE
The first phase is crucial for me to understand your company, your expectations, and your desired goals. This way I’ll know how to create accordingly.
DEFINE
I’ll send you a specification of the journey we’re about to set out on, as well as my understanding of where we’re headed, including the scope of the project.
DEVELOP
This phase is (usually) two rounds of me designing proposals, and you giving feedback for me to hone in on the optimal solution.
IMPLEMENT
There is always support included in the deal since any design needs as much attention during implementation as it does at any other stage.
